Chick-fil-A Englewood has several levels of leadership. The levels are laid out in descending order.

 

TOP LEADERSHIP

The top level of leadership is the Owner/Operator.

Directly below the Owner/Operator is the Managing Partner. Below the Managing Parter are four positions, divided into Front of House and Kitchen sections.

Front of house Operations Leadership

There are two Front of House positions directly under the Managing Partner: Director of Front of House Operations and Associate Director of Front of House Operations.

Under Director of Front of House Operations are three more roles in descending order: Front of House Manager, Shift Lead, and Trainer.

Under Associate Director of Front of House Operations are three more roles in descending order: Front of House Manager, Shift Lead, and Trainer.

Kitchen Operations Leadership

There are two Kitchen positions directly under the Managing Partner: Director of Kitchen Operations and Associate Director of Kitchen Operations.
